About Samantha

Samantha Alecozay is the founding attorney of Alecozay Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Alecozay practices in the areas of corporate law and corporate bankruptcy. Additionally, she is a certified mediator. Prior to forming her practice, Ms. Alecozay received her Bachelors in Music from the University of the Incarnate Word and her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's School of Law, where she graduated with a pro bono service award and women in law leadership recognition.

 

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Alecozay is a Professor-in-Residence at St. Mary's School of Law, where she teaches Secured Transactions, Contract Drafting, and other upper-level commercial courses.

​

Alecozay frequently volunteers her time providing no-cost legal services to local music education programs to promote the arts. She also volunteers with non-profit professional development programs, offering educational materials and delivering guest lectures.

​

Ms. Alecozay's hobbies include advanced culinary arts, sketch art, operatic voice performance, classic cars, and cigars.
