Meet Our Attorney

Samantha Alecozay is the founding attorney of Alecozay Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Alecozay practices in the areas of corporate law and corporate bankruptcy. Additionally, she is a certified mediator. Prior to forming her practice, Ms. Alecozay received her Bachelors in Music from the University of the Incarnate Word and her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's School of Law, where she graduated with a pro bono service award and women in law leadership recognition.

 

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Alecozay is an active Adjunct Law Professor at St. Mary's School of Law, where she teaches Secured Transactions.

Ms. Alecozay's hobbies include advanced culinary arts, sketch art, operatic voice performance, classic cars, and cigars.
